Axiom: First names in subject lines = higher open rates.
Logical Conclusion: Higher Open rates should equal higher click through rates, and ultimately, higher revenue.
Something @klaiyvo should do: guess first names.
Abandoned Cart emails go to john.doe@gmail.com but they say "Hey there - buy my deodorant".
Instead, Klaviyo should use AI to guess that the persons name is John and update my subject line to "Hey John - buy my deodorant".
More personalization and revenue instantly. Won't work on 100% of emails, but it will on 50% and that will be huge.

Web2 needs to take notes on the Web3 consumer experience
Nowhere else do you get DMs just for showing interest, introduced to a community of people upon buying, welcomed and befriended by them, etc.
Instead of changing your website to increase conversion rates
Try 1 on 1 calls with people who buy your product
Try interacting with every comment on that viral video you made
Try getting to know your consumer base on a personal level.
Very interesting that the most untapped approach in selling is simply letting people know that they’re valued
