Allomancers! It has now been 2 months since @THR announced the #Cosmere adaptations by @AppleTV! Now two months in, Brandon has completed 42% of the #Mistborn screenplay and has referenced his use of the 'James Gunn Model,' meaning a lack of reshoots and a tight script. 🥳🥳

Brandon has confirmed he plans to follow the “James Gunn model” for Mistborn! A fantastic script and no reshoots. He says reshoots are expensive and can mess with a film’s continuity. He also confirmed he has been reading numerous scripts, including James Gunn's Superman.

His Podcast is recorded weeks in advance, so odds are he is indeed talking about Theresa Kang-Lowe and Blue Marble Pictures!

Brandon has confirmed in today's episode of his Podcast that he has control over who the Producer will be for the Mistborn film! He will (or potentially already has) interview many options and choose! This could be referring to Blue Marble/Theresa Kang-Lowe as announced by @THR

Storms... It's true! It's been one month since @THR's article confirming the @AppleTV adaptations of the #Cosmere Since then Brandon has completed 13% of the Mistborn film script, has begun work on a Treatment, and has confirmed his intention to finish by summer! 2028 release?

Brandon announced that he has been in contact with Apple regarding what exactly they want to see! He has begun work on a Treatment for Mistborn, which he will work on alongside the script, that will go through multiple drafts, and which he will eventually show to Apple this year

Brandon announced that once he finishes and turns in the #Mistborn screenplay, he’ll officially join the Writers Guild of America (WGA)! This follows his now confirmed earlier decision to cancel the Livestream due to a possible writers' strike that could have occurred that day.
