Shortly after Robinson’s arrest, the prosecutors released a probable cause affidavit detailing the evidence gathered immediately after Charlie’s assassination.
The evidence presented at that time was overwhelming.
In the months that have followed, we know the investigation has continued. More details will come out in May, when the assassin has a probable cause hearing and we are certain there will be even more evidence demonstrating why the State believes Tyler Robinson is the assassin.
But now we have a government official, Joe Kent, who has reportedly indicated he is willing to testify on behalf of the defense, to get Robinson off the hook for an evil he committed.
Joe Kent just crossed a red line, and it's a massive betrayal of Charlie, his wife, his kids, and the entire TPUSA family.
Just because HE didnt get let into the investigation doesnt mean it wasn't investigated.

Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. The former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, says that the FBI did not properly investigate the assassination last fall of conservative leader Charlie Kirk. “The FBI was pretty forceful in saying we couldn’t investigate further,” he told Public. “I saw no action being taken.” Tyler Robinson confessed to killing Kirk in a text message and a note to his trans-identified romantic partner. His defense team may now be able to use Kent’s allegations that the government is suppressing evidence and did not do a proper investigation to their advantage. Kent said he knew that he might be called as a witness before he made his statements that a “foreign nexus” may have been involved in Kirk’s assassination. “I was definitely warned of that over and over again,” said Kent. “If I end up having to play that role, then I’ll do it. It’s not something I’m seeking.” When pressed that his testimony could help the Robinson defense, Kent said, “Then, honestly, so be it. Chloe woke up at 6:45am and immediately felt proud of herself.
She had, after all, not eaten a single animal product in four years. The planet was healing. She could feel it.
6:52am - Applied her morning SPF. The SPF contains beeswax. Chloe does not know this. Moving on.
7:10am - Breakfast: a smoothie containing avocado. The avocado was grown in Michoacán, Mexico, on land where a pine forest was until 2019. It required approximately 320 litres of water to produce. It was flown to the UK. Chloe sprinkled hemp seeds on top. The hemp seeds came from China. Chloe felt connected to the earth.
8:00am - Got dressed. Polyester leggings, derived from crude oil. A bamboo top that was processed using carbon disulphide in a Taiwanese chemical plant. Trainers with a recycled plastic upper that sheds microplastics into waterways with every wash. Chloe's outfit today had a higher carbon footprint than a ribeye steak. Chloe does not know this either.
9:30am - Posted on Instagram about choosing compassion. The phone was manufactured in a Shenzhen factory using cobalt from the DRC, where mining operations have displaced local communities and killed an unknowable number of small mammals, reptiles, and insects. The algorithm served Chloe an ad for oat milk. Chloe liked it.
12:00pm - Lunch: tofu stir-fry. The soy was grown in Brazil. Brazil produces more soy than almost any country on earth. The primary reason is soybean oil: one of the most widely used industrial and culinary oils on the planet. The soymeal left over after oil extraction is fed to livestock as a byproduct. Chloe is aware of the livestock connection and finds it outrageous. She has not looked into why the soy was grown in the first place. The answer is the oil. The oil is in her salad dressing.
1:30pm - Drove to the garden centre. The car runs on petrol. Chloe has a Just Stop Oil sticker on the bumper. This is not being commented on further.
3:00pm - Bought a monstera. The monstera was grown in a Dutch greenhouse using natural gas heating. Chloe put it next to the pothos that is slowly poisoning the neighbourhood cats.
6:00pm - Dinner: pasta with cashew cream sauce. The cashews were processed in Vietnam, often by workers in conditions that would prompt significant commentary if they were in an abattoir.
8:00pm - Watched a documentary about factory farming. Wept. Posted about it. Caption: "We have to do better."

It is being reported by @shellenberger that @joekent16jan19 agreed to contact Tyler Robinson’s legal defense team and said he would testify in support of Robinson, the man who assassinated Charlie Kirk.
I called it. Absolutely diabolical. I said Kent was aiding Tyler Robinson’s defense and jeopardizing the trial.
Joe Kent is so obsessed with blaming Israel that he is now aiding Charlie’s assassin because he wants to push the lie that Israel killed Charlie Kirk.

One of the most insidious qualities about Joe Kent @joekent16jan19 is that he chose to not do his job as the Director of the National Counter terrorism center based off of his own conspiracies and anti-Jewish biases. When Charlie Kirk was assassinated, it was reported that Tyler Robinson and his trans lover were in a discord chat with ANTIFA like individuals who were tied to a Palestinian and Trans militia that pushed LGBTQ individuals to get trained in firearms to “kill fascists”. We were told 20 people were inside this Discord chat. Then, we never heard about it again. Shortly after Charlie was assassinated, President Trump directed his administration to start arresting members of ANTIFA and locating ANTIFA terror cells after President Trump designated ANTIFA as a terrorist organization. This would have fallen under Joe Kent to take action as the Director of the National Counter Terrorism center, but we haven’t seen any substantial crackdown on ANTIFA or any of the Islamic jihadists groups in America who openly plot acts of terror on US soil because going after those people and the ANTIFA discord chats that we were told Tyler Robinson was a member of would have shattered Kent’s conspiracy theory about how Israel supposedly assassinated Charlie Kirk because he opposed the war in Iran. On @marklevinshow’s show last night, Kent was asked what evidence he had for this claim, and he stuttered because he didn’t have any. He made it up. Show me a single ANTIFA terror cell or Palestinian terror cell on US soil that has been broken up under Kent’s “leadership”. You can’t. Because he refused to do his job. He has endangered the lives of Americans and has now tainted a federal investigation, and don’t think that Tyler Robinson’s lawyers aren’t going to use Kent’s lies as a way to say the investigation was tainted. We already know Kent and @Kash_Patel had a fight because Kent was trying to exploit and share FBI files he wasn’t supposed to have access to. He was called out by Kash for trying to leak these documents to podcasters, and other sources at the FBI have confirmed this to me. Tyler Robinson might even walk if the Jury is able to be convinced that Kent tainted the evidence or that Kent said a foreign actor was involved when they weren’t, since he is a government official. It’s incredibly dangerous for America that we had a Neo Nazi sympathizer as the Director of the National Counter Terrorism Center who refused to crack down on actual threats of terrorism so he could launch his podcast career off the backs of Holocaust deniers and Sharia sympathizers. I predict many Amercians will be killed by terrorists in the homeland because Joe Kent failed to do his job. He should be locked up. His dereliction of duty is going to get Amercians killed. And Tyler Robinson’s defense will use Kent’s insane conspiracies to argue for Robinson’s innocence. Kent claims he is Charlie’s friend but when you think about it, Kent is aiding Charlie’s assassin. Kent may be the reason why Robinson doesn’t get the death penalty. It’s jury tampering when you think about it. Kent is a very evil man. He was totally exposed on @marklevinshow’s show last night.
