@BldrFirstSource I sent the video I have that I have told you about the local news stations. They got back to me this morning and want to do a segment on this on Monday morning with me. I hope I hear from someone before then so I don’t have to. I’m fighting for my job and what is right.

@BldrFirstSource Another day since my last post saying it’s been more than 48 business hours with no reply. No email no phone number. No phone call. I even emailed top people, including Peter with nothing.

@BldrFirstSource Is the vision keeping a manager who falsified training documents which led to a driver being terminated because of it? Minimizing errors but can’t get this corrected? Better future? I’m not going away until this is fixed because I everything for this company that was asked.

@BldrFirstSource Craziest part is that a supervisor that has been with your company a long time was in the room and even heard the manager state. He didn’t do any trainings with me but being terminated for score. Reported that to HR as well and he still works there and I’m still terminated.

@BldrFirstSource If I can’t get a response and a resolution to this, actually get to explain and talk to someone to see that your company actually cares about this I will take this to all media, social, and news networks locally to do a peace on this with the video I have.

@BldrFirstSource Well, it’s been more than 48 business hours and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Seems typical but strangely odd that accompany this size would want to ignore what’s going on inside your company. Nydia tanco completely stopped responding or messaging me back as well recently

@BldrFirstSource I have reached out to so many people, supervisor that was in the room during the termination even made a statement to HR and I got fired and manager still works there. What info do you need? Also I need the CEO to see this as well

@BldrFirstSource If the CEO Peter Jackson can see this I would love to tell you how your location in vandalia Ohio is running and wrongfully firing drivers. Managers there not doing their job and falsifying driving training coaching and supervisor witnessed this too. I have a full video of it too

@BldrFirstSource Yea be careful you don’t get terminated from your manager not doing his job. No coach or counselings done with me so I never knew I was doing something wrong to trigger score. I have video proof and supervisor as a witness and I can’t get anyone to actually look into this.

@BldrFirstSource this is how you fire someone when the manager doesn’t do his job to give an employee a chance? You can hear him say he ever did anything and falsified safety DOT training.

What’s really crazy, the world we live in today is that a company @BldrFirstSource will fire you for a manager not doing his job and having video proof of him saying it during the termination. Falsifying DOT safety trainings and he still works there and I don’t.

If I don’t get a response from @BldrFirstSource I’ll go ahead and post the video of this on here and every builders that you supply for I’ll tag so they can see how this is handled and side with a manager that lied. End of today the 21st I’ll drop it and tag fisher, Maranda, etc
