Genuine question here for coaches, officials, etc. Not trying to “flame” anyone. A recent slide in a rules clinic stated, in summary, Don’t pull out the rule book and show it to an official during the game. That’s a sure fire way to be ejected. Why?

One of my freshmen just rolled into school with his basketball bag on one arm, his football bag on the other. Said he’s going to football workouts after school, then freshman basketball practice at 6. My kind of guy 💪💪

We played an opponent whose custodian painted the numbers right off the sideline about six inches. One corner of the end zone sloped downward and the back pylon was about 3 inches away from the track.
