I paid ₹2,000 for this router, and I’ve been facing these issues for almost a year now with no resolution.

@excitel_rocks Entire year I’ve requested countless times for my router to be replaced. Even your engineer confirmed it needs replacement, but it never happened.
Finally, on 10th Oct my yearly plan ends, and I’ll be free from this constant struggle. 🚶♂️

@excitel_rocks You created a ticket for speed and ping issues, but that’s not the real problem. My LAN and 5GHz Wi-Fi work perfectly fine. The issue is with the 2.4GHz band — ever since its LED stopped working, it hasn’t been functioning properly. That’s why I requested a router replacement.

I need Both 2.4GHz & 5GHz split bands.
Customer care couldn’t solve it, engineer visit also didn’t help.
It’s 3rd day now - still no follow-up. Waiting for a solution!
