AI can now renew your prescriptions in Utah, and we're leading the way. Our system verifies identity and prescription history, then processes refill requests for 190 commonly prescribed medications. Approved renewals go directly to Utah pharmacies. Cases requiring clinical judgment escalate to a licensed physician. It's early, narrow in scope, and built with safety guardrails. Every major advance in healthcare starts with a bold first test; Doctronic is proud to be at the forefront. Expired meds lose potency. Some become toxic. Unused prescriptions left accessible are a leading source of misuse. Take 10 minutes. Check dates. Toss what's expired. Drop unused medications at a pharmacy or DEA Take Back site instead of flushing them. And if you find a bottle that lapsed because you couldn't get it renewed in time? You're not alone. That's one of the reasons we built what we built. Doctronic makes it simple. A free AI consultation walks you through your symptoms and concerns in minutes. If you need a doctor, a video visit is $39. And if you're in Utah, AI-powered prescription renewals are available for just $4. Getting back on track should be simple. Did you know that hundreds of thousands of preventable deaths a year trace back to missed medication? Yes, often it is as simple as a refill that slipped through the cracks. Today is a reminder to clean out your medicine cabinet.

Medication nonadherence is estimated to cause about 125,000 deaths each year in the U.S. and cost $100 billion to $300 billion annually. Al can't prevent all of that. But AI can safely make routine prescription renewals faster and easier, so it can save lives and reduce costs. That is the standard that matters. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC32… doctronic.ai/blog/the-statu…

Proud to share that @Doctronic has been accepted into @CMSinnovates' ACCESS Model: a Medicare program that pays for chronic condition management based on whether patients actually get healthier! We'll be participating in the eCKM track: hypertension, prediabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity. ACCESS is exactly the kind of federal infrastructure that makes technology-enabled care sustainable in Medicare. We're grateful to @CMSgov for building it and excited to be part of the first cohort. go.cms.gov/ACCESS

Most AI health tools return a wall of text and a "talk to your doctor" disclaimer. That's not a health decision, it's a search engine with a safety net. Doctronic was built to close that gap: → A clinical interview that asks what a doctor would ask → 4 probable diagnoses with treatment plans, free → A real physician video visit in minutes when you need one, not a referral On National Healthcare Decisions Day, a reminder that expanding access to care means giving people tools they can actually act on.

What's the difference between a chatbot and a clinical interview? About 4 diagnoses and a treatment plan. And a real doctor in minutes if you need one.

Is medicine advancing faster than the system can absorb it? Is it causing a healthcare problem or the greatest opportunity we've had in the past 50 years to improve health outcomes while reducing costs? Healthcare issues in the USA hit wages, productivity, and fiscal stability all at once. Time to fix that. Heading to DC for @semafor World Economy to hear what others have to say on this. The healthcare track asks the right question: can we align innovation with affordability before the gap gets wider? events.semafor.com/swe26principal…

In a landmark primary care trial published in The Lancet, one of the largest randomized evaluations of clinical AI: Physicians using Eko Health's AI-enabled stethoscope during routine exams detected: → 2.3x more heart failure → 3.5x more atrial fibrillation → 1.9x more valvular heart disease Same doctor. Same office visit. Same 15-second exam. The stethoscope just got better at listening. No one got replaced. A 200-year-old tool just got an upgrade. And patients got earlier answers. That’s how we think about AI at Doctronic. Our AI works with physicians, not instead of them. Better tools. Earlier answers. Care that catches what matters before it becomes a crisis. This is what AI in healthcare should look like. Source: The Lancet (Jan 2026) thelancet.com/journals/lance… #AIHealthcare #Doctronic #AIDoctor #CardiacCare

An AI stethoscope is helping doctors detect heart conditions earlier, without changing how they practice.

The Artemis 2 crew is splashing down today after flying around the moon for 10 days. Humans went back to deep space for the first time in over 50 years, which is amazing, but it pushes the human body to its limits. A 2016 study found Apollo lunar astronauts had a cardiovascular mortality rate 4-5x higher than those who stayed in low-Earth orbit. About 70% of long-duration astronauts develop vision changes from optic nerve swelling. Apollo crews experienced "lunar hay fever" from razor-sharp moon dust that inflames lung tissue.

This is exactly the broken system Doctronic was built to fix. From free, anonymous AI consultations to same-day physician visits to autonomous prescription renewals in Utah, we’ve been removing the friction between patients and the care they need. And now the federal government is building the infrastructure to match. Connected, patient-first, AI-powered healthcare. We’ve been living it in Utah. Glad to see Washington building toward it, too. #HealthTech #DigitalHealth #AIHealthcare #Doctronic #AIDoctor

We were in the room when history was made. Co-founder Matt Pavelle and Backend Engineer Jessica Robert attended the HHS Health Tech Ecosystem: First Wave Launch, a federal milestone marking the rollout of the first real tools from CMS’s sweeping interoperability initiative. The vision: patients accessing their full health records with a phone scan. No clipboards. No 12 portal logins. No data stuck in a fax machine.

This year's forecast is cooler (highs near 89°F Friday, low 80s Saturday), but desert air is dry enough to mask dehydration until it becomes serious. The early warning signs of heat exhaustion (dizziness, nausea, headache, rapid heartbeat) are easy to dismiss. The window between "I'm fine" and needing emergency care can be very short. This is why we built Doctronic. Not to replace the medical tent. To be the thing someone reaches for at 2 am when they're not sure if what they're feeling is serious. Or on the drive home, when something still doesn't feel right. Or three days later, when the "Coachella cough" hasn't gone away. Free. Anonymous. Coachella 2026 starts this weekend. Over 125,000 people per day in the California desert. Last year, the hospital nearest to the festival reported nearly double its usual emergency visits. One patient arrived with a body temperature of 106°F. The most common emergencies were dehydration, heat exhaustion, overdoses, and potential poisoning.

For millions of people, the barrier isn't information. It's reaching someone who can interpret it for them. Our AI at Doctronic draws on peer-reviewed medical research and is validated by board-certified physicians, achieving 99.2% alignment with treatment plans. Available to anyone with a phone. Free. Anonymous. Right now. Standing with science means making it reachable. Not just published. #WorldHealthDay #StandWithScience #Doctronic #AIDoctor

The problem has never been a lack of medical knowledge. It's delivery. Weeks-long waits for an appointment. Copays. Commutes. Insurance hurdles.

Not a revolution. But it adds up. Less paperwork means more time with patients. More visits mean shorter waits. And doctors who aren't buried in charts at 10 pm show up sharper the next morning. The biggest gains were for primary care physicians and advanced practice clinicians, where time is tightest. This is what AI in healthcare looks like when it's built around the people delivering care. Link to article: jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/… #AIHealthcare #Doctronic #AIDoctor #DigitalHealth

AI note-taking is helping doctors see patients faster. A new JAMA study across 5 academic medical centers found that AI-powered scribes reduced documentation time by 16 minutes per day and helped doctors see about half an additional patient per week.
