@dublinbusnews It really doesn't promote use public transport when it can't be relied on. I appreciate people can be sick, but you have to keep those who rely on your service up to date

@TFIupdates@dublinbusnews I was at the stop 7 minutes before the bus was due, I had literally just missed the one at 7.17, so how early was it? Telling me there's one in 6 minutes doesn't really help when the bus is absolutely packed and this driver stopped to make sure he was on schedule.

@VirginMediaIE Hi Monica, that doesn't provide an estimated repair time, it just says there's a fault now. Yesterday it said there was no fault, it doesn't provide the correct information
@VirginMediaIE Hi, I see from updates to other people that the latest in a number of repair times is now 12pm. I didn't receive an update. This is a major outage, and it's extremely frustrating for people trying to get updates and there's silence. They should be hourly as per industry standard
@VirginMediaIE And 6 hours later, there is still no service. Your support tool is useless and doesn't provide up to date information. I would like a report on what caused this outage when it is eventually resolved. This is the second time this area has had this type of outage within a few weeks
