D&G Council declared a housing emergency in June 2024 admitting systemic failure over temporary accomodation, breaching legislation over 300 x btwn 2023 & 2024. The SNP responded by cutting the housing budget. Only @ScottishLabour can get Scotland building again. #LabourYIMBY
