Dusters Strength and Speed

One step vertical today did not disappoint. Congrats to Gracie Johnson being the first girl ever to jump 30! Top ten cutoffs were 32.4 and 23.9. It’s notable on the girls side that the top 10 cutoff was the highest ever. Great job kids! #DusterStrong @HoldregeDusters

Throwback video: the girls in this video are playing for the C1 VB title tomorrow, the 1st in our history. 1st group of kids to finish through Dusters S&S. Six years of work, fighting, scratching, clawing everyday. It was not easy. Tomorrow is the payoff. Let’s get this girls!

Below is the schedule for the 2025 Dusters Strength and Speed summer weights program. The kids can sign up by accessing the sign up sheet through their school email. The coaches will see you then! #Dusterstrong @HoldregeDusters

@BluJStrength46 In the forecast I’m looking at there are 3 days between -7/-17 around that time of morning. Our windchill around here can make it feel quite a bit colder too.

@Duster_Strong What kind of temps are you looking at? Just curious.

Due to freezing temps, HPS will not have morning activities before school this week. This included jr high weights. We will resume next week on Monday February 24th. See you then!

Since we have a late start now guys will lift on Friday instead of Monday.

Junior high weights will resume our normal schedule of boys Mon/Wed and girls Tues/Thurs tomorrow 1/6 at 7:05am. See you then!
