Seeing lots of people doing Whole 30 this month. A better idea would be identifying your emotional connections to food and learn to view food as medicine/nourishment. It’s tougher but will give you a better relationship with food & you can avoid fad diets.

@KennyEarlz @JimmyGoetz @CrizzleColts @PeteThePlanner Dump the treadmill. Totally worthless. Increasing your NEAT will make a huge difference in daily calorie expenditure and START LIFTING FUCKING WEIGHTS. Two full body workouts a week are all you need.
