On Tuesday, ESHB 1881 - Creating a profession for birth doulas in Washington State - passed the Senate with a unanimous vote of 49-0!

Today we passed HB2050 out of the House to end the practice of Parent Pay! Since 1977, if the state or county incarcerate youth, the family is charged $$$. Putting that family in undue debt. Excited to get this all the way to signing; next stop Senate 🙌🏾
