Russell said he is going to look into JOYFUL issue for us. No update on ABOVE or VPS8 at this time. Everything else should be working at this point. We appreciate everyone's patience as we jumped through a lot of hoops tonight to get to this point. Signing off for now...

@shawnzone @micfo As long you like or you wish to have it transferred to different registrar for it. Just if you need to have it updated to point to new nameservers, let us know by submitting the ticket and we have it updated for your domain.

We see that customers are reporting login issues with JOYFUL. We've added it to the problem list to deal with.

@swaapi @micfo We are not able to provide any backups for any servers that is based on Plesk which is above, beyond and horizons. That have been detailed in the micfo.com/faq.html since those servers have been stopped for some time, and users were advised to move off it 4 months ago.

Shared servers are all back online now.

@micfo I have two wordpress websites and I am unable to access the admin panel and the websites are down. How am I supposed to make backups?
