Imagine you're a hospital patient whose put your T2 diabetes in remission, you stay in his hospital, your diabetes comes back. Could the hospital be liable for giving you a disease? Asking the lawyers out there.

@bigfatsurprise Not a lawyer but I think if the patient followed their own diet, they should have insisted on remaining on same diet (personal responsibility). Hospitals tend to have their own rules/procedures/policies & will easily hide behind them
