Minister Loewen says the amendments don't change anything and that it's not a hunt. But yet he just admitted that "the public wildlife management responders" will be able to keep the bears they kill... How is this not a trophy hunt?!?! cbc.ca/news/canada/ca…

The magnificent Khutzeymateen, Canada's only grizzly bear sanctuary. It's my hope that one day we not only have more grizzly sanctuaries, but also wolf, cougar and even wolverine sanctuaries/refuges where the needs of these apex predators takes priority.

As we look into the eyes of this magnificent grizzly bear, we find a deep connection to the primal instincts and ancient wisdom that have guided these creatures for centuries. We have much to learn from animals if we take a moment to stop, listen, and observe. 📷: @JohnEMarriott

Did you know that moose can eat up to 30kg of forage every day in the summer? That's equivalent to 12 bags of carrots or 5 bags of potatoes. The types of forage ranges from twigs to shrubs to water plants, which is featured here. Video by Exposed Co-Founder @JohnEMarriott

This little fox kit is ready to take on the world! Although super cute, fox kits are surprisingly stinky. Their smell has been compared to that of a skunk and is used to mark territories and attract mates when they are old enough. Photo by Exposed Co-Founder @JohnEMarriott
