@ExpressTestUK booked 5 click and collect fit to fly tests to pick up today and the Eastleigh test centre was shut. Why did it allow us to select to pick up if the centre is closed? Please can somebody contact me as we travel on Thursday.

@ExpressTestUK Son brought a test to fly out to see us in Spain, got confirmation of purchase.. test no show, email not answered no postage tracking, nothing .. had to go to boots and buy an last minute test so he can fly tomorrow morning.. poor service. & it cost him extra £30.

@Courtneyrosee21 Hi Courtney, Unfortunatly as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of your purchase, in the event of cancellation, vouchers would be issued. We are unable to issue a refund and your voucher remains valid and is transferrable. Thank you for your understanding.

@ExpressTestUK Hi, I cancelled a test in June due to guidance changes for an upcoming trip. However, I still have a voucher which I almost certainly won’t get round to using due to the lack of testing requirements for travelling now. Please can this be refunded. Thank you.
