@JimPeteHoops If the numbers are that convincing, why do the voters refuse to consider that? I have no idea why people hate on Rudy. Ben Wallace doesn't get the same hate, and he was a far inferior offensive player. Wallace has a worse FG% and FT%, but no one talks about that. Weird.

31 players defended 200+ isolations this year. Rudy Gobert ranked #1, allowing 0.77 points per iso. Evan Mobley was 3rd & Bam Adebayo was 5th to give some context for the company he's in. Gobert a more complete, dominant defender now than when he won his 3 DPOY in '18, '19 & '21.

@VicLombardi Because it's the truth, there's nothing foolish about acknowledging what anyone with eyes can see. Are the Nuggets all of a sudden going to get better at defense? No. They're terrible on defense. The numbers speak for themselves.

100% agree with a few things to note.
1. If Ant is on the floor, he needs to be off the ball. Getting him coming off screens doesn't allow the defense to set up. Think his and 1 vs Gordon
2. If Rudy is off the floor, you put whoever Jokic is defending in P&R and make him defend. Doesn't have the foot speed to keep up. If the defense collapses, you kick out for an open 3.

NBC took over five minutes to get to the Timberwolves-Nuggets game after the Hawks-Knicks game ended.
The Wolves-Nuggets broadcast finally showed up with the game tied 5-5 and under 10 minutes remaining in the first quarter.
