If I sit still too long, everything catches up. the hunger, the weight in my back from sleeping on park benches, the reality of going a full day without eating and still having to show up for the next one. So I write. I write through the exhaustion. I write through the noise. I write because it’s the only way I know how to fight forward instead of folding inward. Every word is me trying to stay responsible for my life, trying to build something better out of nothing, trying to make sure this story doesn’t end where it easily could. I’m not asking for pity.
