Complex Ideas. Simple Words.
Think of a "DATA CENTRE " like a factory of the digital world,
where the entire internet actually works.
When you watch videos, use Google, or ask AI…
It all happens inside these rooms full of powerful computers.
Because AI is growing fast, these computers are working more than ever.
To run properly, data centres need many things (and each has a reason).
Electricity - to run thousands of computers
Cooling - because machines get very hot
Fast Internet - so data moves instantly
Backup - so everything keeps running even if power fails.
Security - to protect data from hacking
Building and running this is very expensive so only strong players can enter.
Once built, they earn steady income (like rent) from big companies.
Risks:
If electricity becomes costly or unreliable - they can earn less money.
Machines can become old quickly.
Bottom Line:
Demand will grow, but only those who manage things well will win.
First you learn… then you earn….. then you evolve. ✌️

NYT: 3 main sticking points remained, according to two Iranian officials familiar with the talks:
- the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz; Iran saying it would do so only after a final peace deal
- the fate of nearly 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium. Iran made a counterproposal, but the sides were unable to reach a compromise, the officials said.
- Iran’s demand that about $27 billion in frozen revenues held abroad be released.

Despite all the failures in talks, I believe, in case one gets opportunity, one should load stocks...
One can see my thinking throughout March . Trump has to win election, so ultimately some resolution will happen.
I believe in Bob Farrell's 10 points for a long time..
One needs to be optimistic always in market. Will share some of the strongest stocks with some better earning potential later in the day

Iran -USA Talks
1. It seems, it's stalemate now
2. Both sides stuck to their stances after 21 hours of discussions
3. Negotiation was once on the verge of breaking as per X
4. Contention remains on the following points as per X
Who will control Strait of Hormuz and it's Nuclear
Program
5. On Market, it will be interesting how market reacts. Mkt was hopeful of a deal/some positive stuff.
6. On Indian market perspective, all stocks with good earning visibility, recovered quickly already , Q4 and Q1 earning already priced in.
7. May be we will get another window of small correction , unless something catastrophic happens again, say 'boots on the ground' etc, which mkt has not priced yet..
8. In the midst of talks, one very interesting thing happens, Trump showed, who is the boss ? USA Naval Ships, Destroyers pass through Strait in midst of talks...
9. For Trump , only thing matters immediately, take control of Strait, show USA domestic electorate and World, bring oil down, who is the boss...need to see this 'reopening' game unfolds.
Happy weekend ...

@Shashank1171 Given promoters' background, is everything fine now ?
Those of us, invested in 2017-18, when similar euphoria happened, VP thread was flooded with comments..then badly lost money ..hope same is not repeated now..

Avanti Q3 concall was very interesting but it came on a very bad day , when war started..3rd March..
So retail completely ignored ..it will be interesting to see, how shipping cost impacting margin...except that there is hardly any issue..USA is the key mkt but given Rupee fall, some cushioning hopefully happened
I posted on 3rd March

The fact that the American administration has sent several U.S. Navy ships through the Strait of Hormuz today—without coordination with Iran—while negotiations are ongoing in Pakistan suggests that President Trump is sending a clear and deliberate message to the Iranian leadership.
This move underscores that the Strait of Hormuz is not a bargaining chip to be leveraged in negotiations.

I told @nytimes that the size and composition of Iran’s delegation shows “that they have not come to stonewall,” but are there with full authority and seriousness to reach a deal with the United States. Such a large delegation of experts would only be deployed if negotiations were in the final stages of a deal, not for an initial testing of the waters. Tehran and Washington might have advanced in talks further than publicly known during back-channel messaging mediated by Pakistan over the past weeks.” nytimes.com/2026/04/11/wor…
