We enjoyed writing an acrostic poem to celebrate National Poetry Day! Excellent imaginative ideas! 🌈

In Art, we created repeating patterns of different shapes and colours! 🎨

We have been learning how to count in 10s on a number line. We had lots of fun working with our partner to find the missing numbers! 🌟

We have enjoyed learning how to play the glockenspiel! We worked together to help each other count the beats and remember each note! 😃🎵

I was super impressed with your knowledge of the different parts of a tree! 🌳 We have had a brilliant week in Fern Class! You have made a great start to Year 2! Well done Superstars! 🌟

We have enjoyed celebrating World Book Day by reading the story ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’. We had lots of fun working creatively to design our own crayons. We also wrote a letter to persuade the crayons not to quit! 🖍️
