I joined @FitifyApps about 5 months ago. After resolving some minor app glitches with Apple Health, I have been getting my home workouts in. Plus, I like the fact that the "Home Workout" & "No Equipment" actually means just that. Other apps do not come as advertised. #Fitfam

I downloaded and purchased the @FitifyApps . Only week in, but it's a positive experience. But I finally took an opportunity to interact with the AI coach. I must say, it was the best interaction with an AI tool that I've ever had. I've been playing with Gemini and Grok. But the Fitify AI seemed well trained for it's task. Fun. Curious. Informative. Great job! I'm curious to know what AI engine it is using. (I tried asking, but it wouldn't divulge its secrets).
