Love when server owners drag creators around for their own personal drama. @oilteam really getting drug into the mud with @NOSLLP doing their bidding. Which one is it, you want to poach my staff? Or you want to ban them from your events? These staff members deny your attempts to invite them to your staff team - now because they don't want to work for you they aren't allowed and it's a big rule yeah? More clown-like behavior from this group of people that are responsible for running Rust Academy, Andysolam, fancyorb, and Oilteam events. Sad to see friends from @OilTeam_ who jumpstarted much their content journey on vital be strongarmed into decisions like this.
