Someone who is overly sensitive to the cold tried full body cryotherapy this morning at @FlowRecoveryUK! ❄️ Set to a chilly -87°C, I managed to last the full 3 minutes but definitely couldn’t have done so without keeping my t-shirt and leggings on! 🥶
