For a long time, many of you assumed a guy was running this timeline. Well... surprise! I’m a woman, a wife, and a mother to amazing kids. When I’m not home, I am in the university working as a Lecturer of Nutrition and Dietetics. Because of my job, I relate with students everyday and interact with them. That is why my space is for everyone and I interact with all my mutuals. I don't want a strict , boring classroom I want a community. I just want to use this space to create awareness and my goal is simple: to help everyday Nigerians understand food better and avoid dangerous health myths floating around the internet. As a scientist, I value accuracy over pride. I completely welcome constructive corrections when I make mistakes, learning never stops! Looking ahead, I’m highly open to professional collaborations, brand partnerships that align with real science. Just to be clear, this page isn't about catering or chef courses. Instead, I break down the beautiful science of how food interacts with system and explain how things work in plain terms. Thank you for being here! Bambanci tsakanin MOTIVATION da DISCIPLINE 1. MOTIVATION Motivation kamar wutar ashana ce. Tana kunna maka kuzari na ɗan lokaci ta hanyar kalmomi masu ƙarfi. Misali: Idan ka dage a X, kana posting kullum, rayuwar ka zata canza. Kana iya samun $200 duk sati biyu. Da zarar ka ji irin wannan magana, zaka iya yin ƙoƙari na wasu kwanaki. Amma daga baya, wutar sai ta mutu. Kuzari ya ragu. Ka daina consistency. 2. DISCIPLINE Discipline kuma ba magana bane. Tsari ne. Aiki ne da kake yi ko kana jin daɗinsa ko baka ji. Misali: Idan kana posting sau 8–10 a rana tsawon kwanaki 90 akan topic guda ɗaya, akwai babban yiwuwar zaka shiga cikin masu cin gajiyar X monetization 💰 duk sati biyu. Yanzu tambaya ita ce: Tsakanin Motivation da Discipline...Wanne ne yafi sauƙin aiwatarwa na dogon lokaci? Amsar ita ce: Discipline. Saboda discipline yana tafiya ne akan system. Shi yasa yawancin content a X suna baka motivation…amma basa koya maka yadda zaka gina discipline. Suna nuna maka zakin nasara… amma basa nuna maka wahalar hanyar da zata kai ka can.
