Discord has falsely flagged the server for "fraud" that allegedly occurred the day the server was made, 2765 days ago. This impacted the account standing of the server management account, but despite being given out today, it expired in Jan 2020. 1/2 @discord @discord_support

As a result of this action, people currently cannot join the server or post media in the server. What exactly caused this to happen has not been communicated to us. We are working to get this resolved as fast as possible and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

@sdslayer100 @discord Ye we might look into it. I worry a lot about finding every single combo of stuff, tho, plus I cannot predict what Discord's automod will deem ban-worthy in the future, given some of the stuff we've seen from other random bans lately :/

@GDDiscord @discord Well surely you could get a bot to do this somehow... there's gotta be some way to have a bot just query every matching message and delete them like every second. Would take like three weeks but it might work LOL

Due to the recent false bans from @discord, we've archived our 125 million-message server history. We will auto-mod the use of certain abbreviations, such as "creator points," to avoid people falsely reporting it.

@TheRealGDColon @discord Yeah bruh it's cooked. I really wish we didn't have to resort to this. The fact that even Rob himself got falsely banned is just nuts.😭

@sdslayer100 @discord I wish, we would have to filter a ton of stuff that might depend on context, and the sheer volume is kinda crazy to manage. 🥴

@GDDiscord @discord Is it possible that you guys will be able to automate a way to go through and delete all problematic messages and restore the channel, atleast as a public viewable archive? It would really suck for all of that chat history to just be essentially lost media to the general public.

I'm sorry that it has come to this, but we feel this is the safest for the accounts of our members. If additional factors that result in auto-banning are brought to light, we will also auto-mod them.

A ton of Discord users from the Geometry Dash community, including my own account @robtopgames, have been falsely suspended for abbreviating "Creator Points", a harmless statistic from the game. Can we get this fixed? :D @discord @discord_support
