Well from that aspect, Boozer and Yaxel are way better. But I see the value in AJ and DP. It’s like comparing Ant to Luka actually, that’s a better way to look at it. Ones a finisher, the other ones the initiator. Both are important. DP and AJ are both initiators. DP should score more, but AJ should be able to score more consistently against tougher defenders. Pick your poison.

@spyritwriter Let’s basically call it scoring over Wemby/Ausar. AJ should have an easier time, regardless of how good DP is. Easier doesn’t mean DP can’t by the way, but AJ can match up with them again and again I believe

@GMZeroOG I don't like the term "unguardable" I understand what it means, but it gets used alot- in ways that miss things. When a dude loves using perimeter screens and stopping on a dime, for a pull up or off the dribble 3- that's the definition of "unguardable" bcuz the dude's behind U.

@retrolenny Good question, Cade is an excellent excellent player. Untouchable in every definition of the word. But he’s not as reliable atm compared to these other guys. Again, he’s elite, but the only one I could agree with is Scottie being lower. But Scottie is an elite elite defender.

@spyritwriter The Knicks team doesn’t have fixed archetypes, they all have numerous talents. My point is, you need talent to win, simple. Different players fit well together, but you can’t tell me Luka wouldn’t work with Embiid. That just doesn’t make sense.

Dallas was ass lol. Even with Kyrie, who’s way better than Reaves, a Gafford, PJ and DJJ starting lineup is not enough to win. You need to have a big 4 with a deep squad to win in the NBA now. Knicks: Brunson, OG, KAT, Mikal + Hart, Robinson Spurs: Wemby, Castle, Fox, Harper + Champagnie, KJ OKC: Shai, JDub, Holmgren, Caruso + Wallace, Dort Celtics: Tatum, JB, White, Jrue + KP, Pritchard Nuggets: Jokic, Jamal, MPJ, AG + Bruce Brown, KCP Warriors: Curry, Klay, Wiggins, Draymond + Poole, Gary Payton, Looney Some are weaker, some are stronger, but the point stands: You need a big 4 (maybe even 5)
