Roblox has published an statement on the DevForum addressing the recent update.
The thing that upsets me the most about the dynamic head stuff. Is in R6 based games, or games that do not support dynamic features: these "updated" heads will not hold their designed expression. Perhaps it is just the sinister, but I find it criminal you don't even get the baseline essence of that original face. This change feels quite needless, and I wouldn't be as pressed about it if ROBLOX is preventing UGC creators from filling this void ROBLOX themselves have created. That void being the lack of 2D faces, sure there's accessories but that's extremely limiting because you can't usually change the skin color and have to find one that matches etc etc. This is not the same as a game updating a characters visuals to match their intended vision.
