@fimiletoks He said you and other of your family members that are Nigerians are not bright. He said you’re more inclined to be a yahoo boy or your sisters and daughters into prostitution than work. These are his exact words. Now does it sting?

CEO and founder of Moniepoint, a Unicorn says he is struggling to fill 500 vacancies, he didn't say he is downsizing or laying off workers. He said there is an education, skill and attitude mismatch. What is the outrage for? You want to prove that he is not right, set up your business and employ people too. In fact pay them more than Moniepoint. It's good for our economy. The man has created over 3,000 full time jobs, 20,000 sales agent and 800k POS agents. I am sure he is top 5 employer of tech labour in Nigeria outside MTN, Interswitch and Andela. He has dev boot camps and women in tech development pipelines. Put your money where your mouth is, Twitter fingers. Employ 50 Nigerians and pay them more than what Moniepoint pays. Take 500 Nigerians and train them . Talk is cheap, do something.

Some pedestrian bridges in South Korea have elevators. You'd be walking along one lonely path and see an elevator just sitting there. You'd think it's not working until you press the button. It either takes you up or underground.

School fees just jumped from ₦61,440 to ₦307,200 per term in a Lagos private school. A concerned parent stormed the office this morning and screamed ₦307k for nursery class? As how na! This one no be Uk o! Then the School Administrator calmly brought out the breakdown sheet: 1. Diesel for generator: ₦614.4k monthly 2. Teachers salary arrears: ₦409.6k 3. Rent renewal: ₦1.792M yearly 4. Security & PTA levy: ₦76.8k per child 5. Government inspection & “facilitation”: still ongoing Inflation adjustment: everything don increase. Parent snapped: My salary is ₦250k monthly, how do you expect me to even breathe under this system? Administrator replied sharply: When your landlord increased rent, did your employer reduce your salary? Tension and temper was about to fil the Admin office. One parent quietly said: So na rich man pikin education remain now?” Two parents immediately requested withdrawal letters. Others started asking for installment plans… some just kept quiet. Now the argument is everywhere: Are schools exploiting parents… Or is ₦250k salary simply no longer compatible with private school reality in today’s economy? Where do you stand on this? 👇

I created a new page where you can find videos of 2023 APC election violence. It’s important you listen, download and share the audio at the top of the page. Share it everywhere on WhatsApp. A govt that kills its people does not deserve to rule us: 1000reasons.vote/2023
