Have you heard of the paper battery? It could be a game-changer. A Swiss institute, Empa, has now developed this biodegradable paper battery that only requires a drop of water to activate it. This is meant to help with reducing low-power e-waste.

According to the European Geosciences Union, nearly 22% of global carbon dioxide emissions stem from goods being consumed in one country but produced in another. Sweden is trying to tackle this through the introduction of consumption-based emissions into national climate targets.

Who is to blame for climate change? This is a very complicated question, and will no doubt generate an array of complicated answers, too. There’s not really a right or wrong answer to this, and it is very hard to point fingers, but is there someone that you blame?
