Offseason work this morning with @EDPHitting. First clip is beginning of session (81 mph). second is the end of the session (86.5 mph). Worked on the movement with my front hip making sure I wasn’t drifting and working on rotating to create whip throughout @djdunn6 @MikeLembo33

Our team won our second consecutive tournament this weekend. I had a productive weekend going 2-4 with 5 BB and 2 sac flys raising my OPS to .957 for the summer so far. Here is one of my better swings on a sac fly to center: @EDPHitting @djdunn6
