Meanwhile, back in India, even after FASTag, we still have long queues, fixed block lanes and huge traffic snarls. And if your tag has a technical issue or low balance, a simple argument can escalate into harassment or even violence over a few hundred rupees. So what's the point of FASTag if we still can't provide a smooth, hassle-free toll experience?
