This user was swapping an abstract tax token and did not input the correct slippage to accommodate for that tokens taxes. We present users EXACTLY what they are going to receive in terms of the output token and fiat $ amount. 1. When we show the available DEXs. (This user did not input the correct slippage as mentioned, and therefore couldn’t see all the quotes). We show output values. User then clicks the DEX. 2. We show a warning that the user has to agree to. 3. We show the output value in tokens again + Fiat $ value. That the user has to confirm to again. This is not a wallet issue. A million or so cryptocurrency folks just had their data stolen. Their address, phone, email, last 4 digits social security, Government-ID images, Account data (balances and transaction history). I beat the SEC in court. The SEC did not drop its case against me. The judge completely dismissed their case for both failure to state a claim and lack of jurisdiction. This is why PulseChain, PulseX and HEX gained legal certainty that almost no other coin has, even Ethereum. They judge also rejected the SEC's abandoned alter ego theory. This is a victory for open source software, free speech, PLS, PLSX, HEX and I.

GOOD NEWS for people with not much money. I am buying more silver eagles today. The good news is silver is the biggest investment bargain today. Gold has already hit all time highs. I have plenty of Bitcoin. And silver is still 50% below its all time high….today about $35. I believe silver will 2X to $70 this year. Remember my rich dad’s advice… “Your profit is made when you buy…. Not when you sell.” I got rich a “little by little”….and never sell. Take care.

Today the SEC notified the court that it “...does not intend to file an amended complaint...” and their deadline to do so has expired. The Court previously dismissed the SEC’s entire case. Richard Heart, PulseChain, PulseX, and HEX have defeated the SEC completely and have achieved regulatory clarity that nearly no other coins have. They're now safer to work with in ways that almost no other coins are. The SEC walked away from some other cryptocurrency cases voluntarily, but this is the only case where the SEC lost and crypto won across the board, with a dismissal in court of every single claim the SEC brought. This is a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech. The SEC actually sued software code itself in this case, claiming it could be an alter ego of a person. This would have set a terrible precedent and caused perhaps multiple billions of dollars of damage to the vital open source and free software industry that powers most of the Internet and your speech on it.

It's hard to understand what absolute garbage most of crypto is. Take for instance ZKsync. Their admin key for their airdrop gets hacked for $5M and starts dumping their native token. So, lol, as the centralized trash they and nearly all L2s are, the single centralized sequencer uses its admin key to just freeze 70% of the "exploiters" funds. But like, if you have the actual admin key, it's a bit hard to call that an "exploit." The marjority of crypto is garbage and sadly the garbage is supported by millions of people for some reason. They just do not listen. Cryptocurrency was invented for censorship resistance, and you guys are just too stupid to get it I guess? PulseChain is a real Ethereum EVM L1 with real validators that are really decentralized and doesn't have the problems that all these cancerous L2s have. Of which zksync is just one of them. Not your keys not your coins, and if you have a single sequencer with an admin key, protip, you don't have a blockchain. Idiots.

The pDAI cancer may be coming to an end. 22 hours ago someone ran the fire function on the ESM module, which runs the cage function in the end contract, which begins the shut down of the system. The system is in shutdown mode as evidenced by "live" having a "o" for status in the "end" contract. Pretty sure @Rabby_io and @DeBankDeFi delisted Pulsechain because of the pCopies with admin keys. I know Pulsechain doesn't need them to succeed, but it helps to have the best wallet and best portfolio tracker of the market on your side. This is a huge loss for both Debank and Pulsechain. Pulsechain has one of the largest communities in the space. I wonder if an hard-fork would be the best solution here @RichardHeartWin We could leave Ethereum prc20 copies behind as Pulsechain Classic while the new Pulsechain would have none of the copied protocols and could start a new era with pump.tires Food for thought.
