At my direction, @SecYellen and my National Economic Council Director worked with banking regulators to address problems at Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank. I’m pleased they reached a solution that protects workers, small businesses, taxpayers, and our financial system.

@burcaw Couldn’t agree more with the concern here. The companies keeping all of their funds in one place (beyond FDIC insured limits) are probably the ones that are first-time founders who will be hit the hardest. Heartbreaking!

@sama Maybe…both long-form and short-form have their place. If you can reduce / eloquently expand while making it better, isn’t that really the measure of success?

people seem very excited that chatgpt can expand a few bullet points into a lot of well-written text. it can also collapse a lot of well-written text into a a few bullet points. the latter is much more valuable, right?
