@arrivanorthwest Not a single 61 bus towards Bootle is seen at Childwall after 17:00, I read from your webpage saying it was cancelled without any reason. Your service quality has been declining rapidly lots of bus are running with significant delays which brings huge inconvenience to the users.

Due to an unannounced closure of the Queens Drive / Rocket Junction, Services 61,61A,61B, 81 & 81A will divert via Childwall Rd, Mill Lane, St Oswald St & East Prescot Rd until 06:00 tomorrow morning. Delays are likely, please allow extra time for your journey

@nxwestmidlands Your driver of 794 (Stafford Road, Three Tuns - Compton Park Schools) departing at 15:22 said the bus is for school kids only, while on your website it said it is available to the general public. She refused me for the boarding, I’m really disappointed with your service provided.
