Le Canada est solidaire du peuple libanais et défend l’intégrité territoriale du Liban. Je me suis entretenu avec le président Aoun plus tôt aujourd’hui. J’ai condamné l’invasion illégale du Liban par Israël ainsi que les attaques incessantes du Hezbollah contre Israël. J’ai exprimé mon soutien sans réserve aux efforts déployés par le Liban pour désarmer le Hezbollah et j’ai souligné l’importance de maintenir un véritable cessez-le-feu et de créer les conditions permettant aux civils déplacés de rentrer chez eux en toute sécurité.

@MarkJCarney Nous laissons même ISRAEL tuer les canadiens qui voyagent au Liban comme en 2006 (famille de Montréal) et plus récemment. Le Canada s'excuse presque auprès d'ISRAEL d'avoir eu des canadiens sur le territoire libanais. Disons les choses comme elles le sont.

@Shalomi @MarkJCarney We don't need the Canadian ministers to have strong feeling against Israel. We know what Israelis do to children, civilians, journalists, activists, UN staff, Red Cross workers and volunteers. We also know not all Jews are Zionists and not all Zionists are Jews.

Last night, three people were fired upon with a replica firearm outside Chasidei Bobov synagogue in North York in an abhorrent act of antisemitism, leaving one person injured. I am relieved to hear that an arrest has been made. Law enforcement agencies have my full support as they investigate, and as they work to bring justice for the victims and the wider Jewish community. Last year, we introduced new legislation to the strengthen the criminal code, combat hate, and protect our communities — and we remain absolute in Canada’s commitment to combatting the scourge of antisemitism and hate in all of its forms. Together, we will continue to build a country where all Jewish Canadians can live openly, freely, and safely.

Amy Acton was the Ohio Department of Health Director. But, only last 15 months couldn't handle the pressure and stepped down. During her stint (as reported by NBC News) domestic call to her house. Her & husband had been drinking and arguing over her working hours. She claimed she didn't rip a mirror off the wall and refused treatment. EMT wanted to take her. Her 1994 medical license application disclosed prior treatment for emotional/mental health issues. She has an active medical license since this time. Question- can she handle the hours and stress that being a governor would place on her? Her past would say NO
