@SKhatibzadeh معاون وزیر و رئیس مرکز مطالعات سیاسی ‌بین المللی وزارت امور خارجه در حاشیه «فورم دیپلماسی آنتالیا»: 🔹طرف آمریکایی زیاد توییت می‌زند، زیاد صحبت می‌کند.گاهی اوقات گیج‌کننده است، گاهی هم متناقض. 🔹در همان اظهارات، مطالب دیگری هم مطرح کرد.بنابراین نمی‌خواهم قضاوت کنم منظورش دقیقاً چیست. 🔹این به عهده خود آمریکاست و مردم آمریکا باید تصمیم بگیرند که آیا اظهارات او منسجم است و با حقوق بین‌الملل مطابقت دارد یا نه. 🔹در حال حاضر ما بر نهایی کردن چارچوبی از تفاهم میان دو طرف متمرکز هستیم.امیدواریم به‌محض نهایی شدن آن، بتوانیم به مرحله بعدی برویم. 🔹از همه رسانه‌ها می‌خواهم کمی صبور باشند و نسبت به نوسانات و فراز و فرودها، محتاط عمل کنند. می‌دانید، در حال حاضر شرایط روزانه کمی حساس است. 🔹اما می‌توانم به شما اطمینان بدهم که ایران کاملاً متعهد به دیپلماسی است.نکته اینجاست که طرف مقابل باید از مواضع حداکثری خود دست بردارد و به حقوق بین‌الملل احترام بگذارد تا بتوانیم دیپلماسی را به‌صورت نتیجه‌محور پیش ببریم. 🔹تا زمانی که بر سر چارچوب به توافق نرسیم، نمی‌توانیم تاریخی تعیین کنیم.به‌محض توافق بر آن، پیشرفت قابل توجهی حاصل خواهد شد. 🔹در واقع پیشرفت قابل توجهی هم حاصل شده بود، اما رویکرد حداکثری طرف مقابل و تلاش برای استثنا کردن ایران از حقوق بین‌الملل مانع دستیابی به توافق شد. 🔹باید کاملاً شفاف بگویم که ایران هرگز نخواهد پذیرفت که از حقوق بین‌الملل مستثنا شود. هر تعهدی که بپذیریم، در چارچوب مقررات بین‌المللی خواهد بود. 🔹پس از برقراری آتش‌بس در لبنان و بر اساس شرایط آن، اعلام کردیم که عبور امن کشتی‌های تجاری با هماهنگی مراجع دریایی ما امکان‌پذیر است. 🔹اما طرف مقابل، یعنی آمریکا، تلاش کرد این روند را با این ادعا که مسیر باز است به‌جز برای ایرانی‌ها، تخریب کند.به همین دلیل اعلام کردیم اگر قرار باشد مفاد آتش‌بس نقض شود و آمریکایی‌ها به تعهدات خود پایبند نباشند، برایشان تبعاتی خواهد داشت. 🔹متأسفانه آن‌ها همچنان در تلاش‌اند مذاکرات را با خودِ مذاکرات فرسوده کنند و دیپلماسی را به سیرکی از دیپلماسی تبدیل کنند. 🔹هیچ دولتی در ایران نمی‌تواند کشور را فراتر از حقوق بین‌الملل متعهد کند. 🔹گفتم و باز هم تکرار می‌کنم: ایران هرگز نمی‌پذیرد که از حقوق بین‌الملل مستثنا شود. 🔹ما عضو معاهده عدم اشاعه هستیم، عضو آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی هستیم و به تعهدات خود پایبند خواهیم بود. 🔹ما هم مسئولیت داریم و هم حقوق.ایران مستحق بهره‌مندی از حقوق خود است و از آن‌ها صرف‌نظر نخواهد کرد. متشکرم.
