NEW: The shooter in Minneapolis has been ID’d as Robin Westman, in his early 20s. Videos he posted to YouTube hours before the shooting show multiple weapons, including a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun. Magazines were scrawled with antisemitic messages such as “6 million wasn’t enough,” “Israel must fall,” “Destroy HIAS” (Jewish refugee aid group). Others were marked with “Kill Donald Trump” and “For the children.” He sounds like a classic far-right Groyper.
