When the foul was flagged, officials were told to ‘mind your own business’, which led to VAR NOT intervening and NOT sending the on-field referee to the video screen to check for a potential penalty. *deep breath* Not said anything about this publicly as there wasn't enough info out there to say anything of substance about it. Talk about exposing yourselves. Will the apology be as loud as your smears & lies? Of course not, on to the next smear campaign. Pathetic. Regarding the case itself: I've been demanding Rocchi's resignation for YEARS on here & on @ItaFootPod. He isn't fit to hold the office he holds, he is at best incompetent.

There are so many issues with the way rules are written about awarding penalties in Serie A. Augusto was point-blank range from Zapata who was trying to head the ball down. He's saying it was very slightly outside the body's silhouette, giving Augusto no chance to move hands away

@alexraffa True. I'm going to venture a guess.. say that something significant might have been on verge of coming out that would prove again that Rocchi's interference with VAR cost Inter multiple scudetti in last few seasons and someone jumped the gun and started this unsubstantiated rumor

there's something truly sinister with how the rocchi allegations were disseminated and commented on yesterday only to be followed up with a call like the one against carlos today the rot is deep.

@alexraffa To this point, what's the end play here? Award the scudetto to Napoli as 2nd place by gifting opposition penalties every match so 2nd place can catch up? Completely idiotic and childish planning even in the most sinister act
