"After 16 years in the commercial flooring industry, I’m thrilled to join the amazing team at Interior Elements as the VP of Market Development in Charleston, SC! It’s an honor to take this next step with a company I’ve long admired, and one that shares my passion for creating inspiring and functional spaces. I’m especially excited to reconnect with friends, clients, and industry partners throughout the Charleston area. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Austin, and our two kids, Samantha (17) and Parker (12). We’re often exploring outdoors, hiking, or cheering the kids on from the sidelines. Meet Andrew Irvin, our Operations Manager in Greenville, SC. Since 2021, he’s been the steady hand keeping projects on track and clients smiling. “I enjoy walking into an empty space, then seeing what’s been built at the end of the day and the client’s reaction to it.” A Danville, IL native and Navy veteran, Andrew brings discipline, creativity, and attention to detail into every project. Outside of work, he and his wife Jessica (a former IE team member) stay busy raising their four kids. He also finds time for woodworking, 90’s comedies, and the music of Flogging Molly. Our Charlotte team recently spent the day volunteering at Safe Alliance, preparing meals, cleaning, and serving those in need. It was more than just a day in the kitchen; it was an opportunity to stand alongside an organization making a real difference in our community. We believe our mission extends far beyond the spaces we design. We are committed to making a meaningful impact in the world around us, whether that’s through inspired environments or through service to the people who call our communities home. Safe Alliance provides hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault through shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and community education. Their work offers not only essential resources but also dignity, safety, and the chance for a new beginning.
