I wonder if other humans with long hair scare themselves when their hair lightly brushes their shoulders and immediately thinks there’s a bug crawling on them? Or is it just me?
@TheRevTy@Daniel_Ross622 I read a book by Matthew Kelly “Life is Messy” and he wrote that the Japanese art form of Kintsugi is a perfect illustration of how we can become whole and even more beautiful through our brokenness. @tsh I have always had lists and they work well for me. Friends & Family, Faith, Health & Food, News, Local Things, Marketing/Comm (my field), Leadership, Minimal Living. I then can filter what I’m seeing or mentally ready for.
Been thinking about unfollowing a lot and creating lists to follow instead, which I sorta did a few years ago. Anyone else do that? Any tips on how to make lists work well for you?
