Another Reform candidate for the Senedd has stepped down. This is the third one in a week since the lists were announced. Pen-y-bont Bro Morgannwg candidate Owain Clatworthy said: "As a Christian, my faith guides my principles: honesty, accountability and doing what is right even when it is difficult.
