admittedly just get obsessed too much with friends that have tons in common with me and I just end up ruining it anyways, hoping to get help for it one of these days

Get help via consueling* One of the things that I’ve gotten advice to do is mindfulness which is to just think about now and not think about the past or future, I rewind way too easily of the past and overthink too much about the future. Any tips?

Late night thoughts but I felt like I’ve gone backwards this year. I keep self-depreciating myself, I’m losing everyone around me albeit all on me, and I’m quitting everything. I really have tried to help but I just still feel like I’m going backwards on everything.
