@JRlLab @LatinXChem Thank you! Yes, in fact the matrix was considered at the time of validation. In our case, the matrix was only the alcohols used (Methanol, Ethanol and Isoprpronsol) diluted in 99.5% Butanol, so it did not represent a matrix effect and could be dismissed.

@JRlLab @LatinXChem @LondonMetCPS 2. The concentrations found in neurons are within 171 μM. We tested with concentrations from 1000 μM to 0.5 μM (including 100 μM). A more detailed concentration study will have to be done to further analyse EPR signals around the concentrations found in neurons. Thank you!
