We also identified priority areas for 2026, which include simplifying coaching approaches, strengthening capacity development, storytelling, and standardising coaching expectations.

KCDF convened 23 @CTGAcademy trainers in Nairobi for the programme's Annual Meeting. The session reflected on 2025 progress, including stronger locally led resource mobilisation, greater recognition of non-financial assets, improved technology uptake, and deeper collaboration.
