On April 28th, I was hospitalized and diagnosed with heart failure — a moment that shook my world to its core. What felt like the end was really the beginning of a new chapter. In that hospital bed, I made a decision: I was going to fight for my health, my purpose, and my future. Since then, I’ve embraced a fully plant-based lifestyle, lost over 50 pounds, and discovered a strength I didn’t know I had.
