Check for flooding and drainage. Visit the area during raining season if possible. 5. Check the surroundings for security if it feels safe at night. 6. Confirm if the network reception is not poor else you will see shege, especially if you’re using Glo. 7. Check if they don’t make noise in the neighborhood. Go there in the evening and confirm. 8. Check the distance from your house to the b/stop if the cost of moving around will not drain you. 9. Lastly, check if there’s enough ventilation in the compound. A fine house with no airflow will frustrate you.
