@iamstillpunch Corny Take. A ton of producers dont have the luxury to be in the studio with artists. Artists aren’t inviting producers to the studios anymore. So yes they sit at home make beats and email them. Im sure they would like to be in the studio and give direction but thats not happenin

@known_as_vine @iamstillpunch Yes, this happens more often, because the engineer is usually closer to the artist. Talk to the original track guy and come to an agreement. Communication solves all of this.

@iamstillpunch Question G, I engineer as well and I may be looking at it wrong but if I get a beat from a “producer” alter it to my liking and come up with the concept myself that makes me a producer? I made beats as well. Mixed them down the whole yard but I do the same as an artist
