We've been on the road for 6hrs from Baringo to Maralal (Samburu), traversing from Loruk to Maralal via Churo on 143km of rough road to get President Maraga to Mashinani. This side of the country, specifically in Baringo, Tiaty Constituency, there's absolutely no development. Had we curbed theft of public resources, such roads would have been tarmaced already.
