@KnightlyKing According to my sister who went to the US for a better life, it's not easy. She has to work two jobs to make ends meet. From service rep sa PH to waitress and admin clerk sa US. She's applying for a service rep position though cause that's her passion.

@KnightlyKing As someone who works in Dubai, but still under the management of Filipino owners - ang toxic pa rin ng career ko. 😫
But living in Dubai is really nice with all the benefits like great transportation.

@KnightlyKing i think OFWs & immigrants should be asked separately. Immigrants with citizenship pathways will of course find a new place & community to call home. OFWs are temporary workers who get sent back after their contract

@KnightlyKing It’s a bittersweet reality of sacrificing emotional happiness for a secured future. I can say ”Thank you Finland” but ”I love you Philippines” parin. Kung pinairal ko lang ang puso, matagal na ko umuwi. Heartbreaking reality.
