@Krusteaz Love the lemon bars! What we loved even more were the raspberry/cream cheese bars & I can't find them anywhere. If you discontinued them, do you have a home-size, (9×11), recipe so I can make them from scratch? Thank you

Onto the (boxed) Meyer Lemon bars… I used a cup of the leftover “short baked” pound cake crumbles in the crust mix. I am experimenting with that bar mix from Krusteaz and since it says Lemon BAR I’ve added Cointreau 🤷🏼‍♀️, (Amaretto takes the boxed brownies to another level) so we will see about adding the fru fru orange liquor to these lemon bars. I am no baker 😂 sometimes it’s great (like the old timey pound cake turned crust) and sometimes it’s a fail, the mixologist in me can’t keep from experimenting with stuff like box mixes…

@Krusteaz Was thinking about how good Krusteaz Lemon bars were so I bought a box & fixed it last week. I could not believe how sweet it was, too sweet. They shouldnt have changed the recipe. That was the last Kruzteaz Lemon bar I will buy. My daughter said the same with pecan bars.

I just asked Grok if it had a working knowledge of Krusteaz Buttermilk Protein Pancake mix, and it went on and on about the ingredients, and reviews, and how fluffy it is. Then I asked if it could make a recipe for pizza dough, and it complied. This is what AI was designed for. I'll get back to you with the results
